For each source in Lucid you can customise the reply page for leads that belong to that source and you can also customise the emails that are sent to your contacts to match your branding.
You can customise the Reply page that your contacts see to match your branding, this is done per source. For example, if you have two sources on Lucid, one for your personal blog to receive general enquiries and one for your SaaS landing page to receive support tickets. Because both of these websites could have different logos and different brand colours, you would want the reply pages for leads linked to each source to be branded similarly to each website. Lucid allows you to do this. To do this, head to the page for the source you want to customise then click on the customisation button at the top of the page. You can then enter the colours of your brand in hex format, upload your logo and hit save. You can also view a preview of your customised Reply page next to the form.
